What is the distance from the hotel to the Plaza de Armas?
The distance from our hotel to the Plaza de Armas is very short, just a 5-minute walk! To get from our hotel to the plaza, simply follow Plateros street straight ahead until you reach a corner. Cross the street and you will be in Cusco’s vibrant Plaza de Armas.
What is the breakfast you offer and what are the breakfast hours?
Our breakfasts are a delicious experience included in the room rate. We offer a varied buffet that includes coffee, milk, infusions, chocolate, toast, fresh fruit, cold meats, cereals, whole wheat and regular bread, eggs, butter, jam, cheese, yogurts and juices. Everything to start your day with energy. Breakfast hours are from 6:00 am to 9:00 am.
What is the check in and check out time?
For your convenience, check-in starts at 11:30 am. If you need to check in earlier, we offer an early check-in service at an additional cost. Room check-out is at 09:30 am, but if you wish to stay a little longer, we also offer the option of late check-out for an additional charge.
Do you offer an additional service of sandwiches and snacks?
Yes, it is an additional service, so you will have to pay for it separately. You can request it directly from your room. If you wish to know the available options, we invite you to consult our menu.
Do you offer pick-up service from the airport or land terminal?
Good news! We offer pick-up service from the airport or land terminal and, best of all, it’s completely free! We just need you to provide us with your arrival details in advance to make sure everything is ready for your welcome. 😊🚗 Don’t hesitate to contact us to coordinate the details!
Is IGV included in the rates, especially for Peruvian guests?
IGV (General Sales Tax) is included in our rates, and this applies to all our guests, including our Peruvian friends! So, no worries, the price you see is the final price.
Do you have a storage area and is it free for guests?
Of course we do! We have a storage area, and the best thing is that it is totally free for our dear guests. As hotel policy, you can leave your bags with us and go out to enjoy tours and activities outside of Cusco with total peace of mind.
Do you offer laundry or cleaning services?
We want your stay to be impeccable. The good news is that room cleaning is included in the price of your stay and for additional laundry services, we do offer this service for an extra charge.
Is there English speaking staff at the hotel?
Of course there are! We are happy to inform you that almost all of our hotel staff is bilingual, including English. So, feel free to communicate with us in the language that is most comfortable for you.
What is the best way to get to the hotel from the airport or the nearest terminal?
If you decide to come on your own from the airport, here are some options:
> Cab: The most comfortable option. The average price is 10 soles.
> Public Transportation (Imperial): You can take Imperial to its final stop, behind the Plaza de Armas.
> Public Transportation (Correcaminos): Get off at the San Francisco stop and walk to the Plaza de Armas.
> Public Transportation (Liebre): It will drop you off at the Church of La Merced, next to the Plaza de Armas.
In case of the last 3 options, once in the Plaza de Armas, you will go straight ahead along Plateros Street for 5 minutes and you will be at the hotel.
If you choose a cab from the bus terminal, the average cost is 6 soles. For public transportation, exit the terminal, go to the Correcaminos bus stop, get off at Plaza San Francisco and walk to the Plaza de Armas. We’re here to help you get there easily!
What are the cancellation and rebooking policies?
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and rebooking policies vary depending on the time prior to the room occupancy day. We offer refunds up to 60% of your money back, depending on when you cancel.

Can I make changes to my reservation?
Of course you can, we understand that plans can change. You can make changes to your reservation, whether it be room or date changes. However, we recommend you do so in advance and, of course, it is subject to hotel availability. If you need to make any adjustments, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
From what age should children request a separate bed and what is the rate?
To ensure everyone’s comfort, children 6 years and older are considered adults and will be assigned a separate bed. This helps us to ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.

Of course there is! We want to keep you connected. Our entire hotel has WiFi service and the best part is that it is completely free for all our guests. So you can enjoy a fast and worry-free connection during your stay.
