All reservations must be made through our website (filling out the reservation form) or sent via e-mail to: reservas@cuscolodgehotel.com a maximum of 12 months in advance and at least 2 days before the start of the tour (this depending on availability of spaces and hotel confirmation).

Cusco Hotel Lodge accepts these cards: Mastercard, BCP, Visa, PayPal, DiscoverJCB, Diners Club, American, Express and Stripe.
Payments via Western Union from abroad or Peru will be made with the following information:
Remember: After you make the requested deposit, you must send a copy of the deposit receipt or the MTCN code, then we will send you proof of receipt of payment.

Reservation cancellation policies:
The client can cancel the reservation at any time, this must be issued in writing to our e-mail info@cuscolodgehotel.com
If the cancellation of the reservation is within one month of occupying the room, only 40% of your contributions will be retained (non-refundable), if it is within 15 days of occupying the room you will lose 60% of your contributions, not counting extra costs such as shipping, bank deductions and then you will lose 100% of your contributions (only applicable for individual reservations).
RECOMMENDATION
Take travel and medical insurance for your safety. Insurance in Peru can be purchased from local and international insurance companies based in Lima.
If you get sick or become disabled, we will treat you through a qualified doctor, but the expenses must be borne by the client, including hospitalization and medication if necessary.
