At Cusco Lodge Hotel, our priority is customer satisfaction and we strive to offer products and services of the highest quality. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require the return of a product or request a refund. Below we detail our returns and refunds policy to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience:

Reservation Policies

Reservation policies: All reservations must be made through our website (filling out the reservation form) or sent via e-mail to: reservas@cuscolodgehotel.com a maximum of 12 months in advance and at least 2 days before the start of the tour (this depending on availability of spaces and hotel confirmation). Last minute reservation policies:
  1. For last-minute reservations, urgent responses about space availability or reservation confirmation, you can make calls to our office phone number: (+51) 970555777, open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Sundays and holidays special hours from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Minor policies:
  1. Children of all ages can be accommodated accompanied by their parents and legal guardian duly accredited with the corresponding documents.
  2. Children under 5 years old who share a bed with their parents do not pay.
  3. Seniors from 6 years old onwards will be considered adults and must sleep in their own bed.
  4. Extra bed and crib policies
  5. 2 years: Crib on request
  6. Extra beds cannot be added to this property.
  7. Cribs are subject to availability.
  8. No age restriction: There are no age restrictions for check-in.
Payment method policies: Cusco Hotel Lodge accepts these cards: Mastercard, BCP, Visa, PayPal, DiscoverJCB, Diners Club, American, Express and Stripe Payments via Western Union from abroad or Peru will be made with the following information:

Remember: After you make the requested deposit, you must send a copy of the deposit receipt or the MTCN code, then we will send you proof of receipt of payment. Payments via PayPal can be made from 200 countries:

Payments by credit or debit card:

  3. It could also be paid with any credit or debit card (card payments have an 8% surcharge for interbank taxes).
Reservation cancellation policies: The client can cancel the reservation at any time, this must be issued in writing to our e-mail info@cuscolodgehotel.com If the cancellation of the reservation is within one month of occupying the room, only 40% of your contributions will be retained (non-refundable), if it is within 15 days of occupying the room you will lose 60% of your contributions, not counting extra costs such as shipping, bank deductions and then you will lose 100% of your contributions (only applicable for individual reservations).

 Recommendation:

Take out travel and medical insurance for your safety. Insurance in Peru can be purchased from local and international insurance companies based in Lima.

If you become ill or disabled, we will take care of you through a qualified doctor, the expenses must be borne by the client, including hospitalization and medications if necessary.

Return policy

  1. Money refunds for cancellation of reservation:
    • If this is the case, the money will be refunded directly to the payment method that the passenger used when making the payment for the reservation. For example, if the passenger paid for their reservation using a Visa Credit card, the refund will be made directly. to that card.
    • In cases of payments made via Western Union, we will make the deposit, but the payment for shipping rights will be deducted.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service at [contact information].

  3. Changes:
    • If you want a different room or stay more days, you will have to pay the difference in price.
  4. Privacy policies:
    • We know the importance of your information, this is why our privacy policies are strict, Cusco Hotel Lodge will use this information exclusively to nominate reservation tickets, we never share this information with third parties, Your information is in good hands, we hate SPAM
  5. Responsibilities:
    • Luggage is the responsibility of the passenger throughout the trip.
    • Cusco Lodge Hotel is not responsible for damages, illness, loss, additional expenses, accidental delays or other irregularities that may be caused by negligent or intentional acts or omissions due to natural disasters, social problems or acts of nature.
  6. Right to use images:
    • The client accepts and grants Cusco Hotel Lodge the right to use images, photos and videos during participation in any of our packages for any type of advertising, free of charge, prior acceptance at the beginning of the tour.

About passenger compliance

  1. Acceptance and knowledge of our terms and conditions:
    • The terms and conditions set forth below in this document are mandatory and binding. They apply to all bookings and activities made through our website, by email or face to face.
    • The use of any of these channels implies knowledge and acceptance of them.
  2. Modification of the conditions of use:
    • Cusco Lodge Hotel reserves the right to make modifications or updates to our terms of use at any time. It is the clients’ responsibility to review them.

  3. Obligations of passengers established according to Cusco Hotel Lodge policies:

    • Respond clearly and accurately to responses and requests, such as forms to complete with your assigned agent.
    • Follow the team’s instructions en route.
    • Mandatory attendance at the briefings (if that is the case), which are held before your tour, are essential to start the en route experience.
    • Comply with all obligations established in these Terms and Conditions.
